A two-hour tour through the beautiful Amazon rainforest will take you to the Maloka Wayaruru, a village belonging to the Huitoto ethnic group. There you can fish, swim in the Takana stream, try their traditional dishes, and spend hours talking with the community’s curaca.
Colombian Tribes: Maloka Makuna:
Accompanied by the Curaca, you’ll travel for 30 minutes through the Amazon rainforest to discover the Makuna Maloka. During this journey, you’ll be amazed by the ancestral and cosmogonic stories of the ethnic group. Once you arrive at the Maloka, you’ll learn how to prepare the tribe’s typical dishes: fariña and casabe.
